G.E.T Happier program is a practical and self-learning goal-setting program to be happier. G.E.T happier stands for Goal setting Exercises and Techniques to be happier. It has two sections. The course starts with Know Your Self, where you will have exercises to practically understand where you stand in relation to the different areas of your life which are connected and where you need to get a balance. In the second section ACTION TIME, you will learn how to have a more holistic approach to all areas of your life through practical ways of S.M.A.R.T goal setting along with many more insights to attain balance, stability and happier life.
PRO.T.EC.T M.E is an acronym for PROven Tips, ExerCises, Techniques to Manage Emotional stress. This course is to manage harmful/bad stress, by knowing the cause of your emotions and working to improve from there. PRO.T.EC.T – M.E program is on- how to manage frequent and most common stressful emotions. This is NOT a MEDICINE or COUNSELING PROGRAM. You will learn tips and techniques to understand the causes of emotional stress and manage the stressors.
